About

Dr. Jensine Andresen

Princeton · Columbia · Harvard — and more than a decade putting that education to work for students.

I have advised students on university admissions, at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. Over more than a decade, I have worked with families from 12 countries. I hold a B.S.E. from Princeton University, an M.A. from Columbia University, and a Master's and Ph.D. from Harvard University. I have taught at Boston University and the University of Vermont. I also served as Officer of Research, Associate Research Scholar at Columbia University, where I directed an international team of 20 scholars. My first book was published by Cambridge University Press. Before founding Colonnade, I coached applicants at one of the largest admissions consulting firms in the world. I work with a small number of families each cycle, and I do all the editing and other work personally without subcontracting it out.
